Abstract

The relevance of the study is due to the need of theoretical and methodological interpretation of the relationship between freedom and responsibility, chaos and order in the frame of the synergetic philosophy of history (SPH) in implementing the law of self-organization of intersubjective ideals under new social conditions.

Kadzhik M. OGANYAN (Dr.) is Professor of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines at the National State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Health named after P. F. Lesgaft, St. Petersburg. His areas of scientific interest include synergetic philosophy of science, the methodology of scientific researches, human philosophy. Oganyan is the author of 10 monographs and more than 200 scientific articles. Recent publications: ―Synergetic Philosophy of History‖, ―Personality‘s Philosophy‖, ―Social Innovation in Human Research Management‖, ―Philosophy and Methodology of Social Sci-ence‖.

His research areas include history and methodology of science, the theory of politics, geopolitics, national security, political problems of international relations and global development, regional aspects of economy.
